• Carrier Organization Data: Company name, registered address, tax/operating authority identifiers, and billing contacts.
• Commercial Vehicle & Equipment Data: VIN, chassis serials, registration numbers, gross vehicle mass (GVM), and maintenance records.
• Driver Qualification Data: Full name, commercial driving licence numbers, licence class endorsements, medical examiner certifications, and safety violation records.
• Operational Dispatch & Trip Data: Work order consignments, pickup and delivery route stops, time-stamped status progressions, and digital DVIR inspection records.

2. Purpose of Processing

Data processed within Ojasys TMS is strictly utilized for authorized transportation management operations:

• Validating driver eligibility and preventing dispatch of disqualified or expired personnel.
• Documenting vehicle roadworthiness and pre-trip inspection compliance for safety auditors.
• Routing customer consignments and generating driver trip settlement statements.

3. Data Security & Encryption

Ojasys Technologies applies enterprise security standards to protect transport records against unauthorized disclosure or loss. Communications are secured via TLS encryption, and database records are isolated using role-based multi-tenant boundaries.

4. No Sale of Customer Data

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your organization's freight volumes, vehicle specifications, or driver records to data brokers or advertisers.

5. Data Retention & Audit Logs

Regulatory records (such as completed DVIR inspections, driving licence verification histories, and trip manifests) are archived in accordance with statutory retention periods to ensure carrier audit readiness.
